Abstract: This study aims to examine and analyze entrepreneurial knowledge and business capital on the performance of SMEs in Tomohon City. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach through survey methods. The population in this study were all SMEs (Restaurants, and others) in Tomohon City. With a sample of 36 SMEs as respondents. Sampling uses purposive sampling technique with data analysis techniques using multiple regression. The research findings show that: partially, 1) there is a significant effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on the performance of SMEs, which is shown by the equation Y = 35,793 + 0,822X1, with a contribution of 37,2%; and 2) there is a significant effect of business capital on the performance of SMEs, which is indicated by the equation Y = 35,638 + 1,061X2, with a contribution of 53%; simultaneously, there is a significant effect of entrepreneurial knowledge and business capital on the performance of SMEs, which is shown by the equation Y = 28,913 + 0,3791X1 + 0,822X2, with a contribution of 58,2%.
