dc.description.abstractThis causal research aims finding out the direct influence of calculative commitment toward lecturer’s work productivity at Faculty of language and Arts State University of Manado. The data will be collected from a randomly selected 60 lecturers. The data will be collected through questionnaire. The questionnaire will be signed by Likert Scale. A path analysis was used to analyze the data descriptively and inferentially. It is expected that the findings show that direct influence of calculative commitment lecturers work productivity. Final result, the calculation of the effect of calculative commitment to work productivity, obtained by path coefficient of 0.291. for the influence of study program variable to work productivity variable equal to 2,490 bigger than ttable = 2,003 for  = 0,05 with dk = 56. Based on this research it can be concluded that there is a positive direct influence of the calculative commitment to the productivity of the lectureren_US
