dc.description.abstractResearch purpose is to study the application of management quality with the research object at SMKN 1 Airmadidi. The method that being used are descriptive qualitative method with data collection techqniue through observation, interview, and school records documentation. The result of this research shows that the application of quality management in SMKN 1 Airmadidi sufficiently optimal on emphazising in science, skills, and confidance. The application of quality management assured can support the realization of good education system in creating a good governance.en_US
